3. Refund Policy
Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds are only applicable for cancellations made in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined above.
Refund Process: Once a cancellation is confirmed, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
Partial Refunds: In cases where a partial refund is applicable (e.g., early check-out), the amount will be calculated based on the remaining nights after deducting any applicable cancellation fees.
4. Modifications to Bookings
Date Changes: Guests can modify their booking dates up to 24 hours before the original check-in time, subject to availability and any rate differences.
Room Changes: Requests to change room types are subject to availability and any rate differences. Additional charges may apply.
5. No-Show Policy
If a guest does not check in on the scheduled arrival date without prior notice, the booking will be considered a no-show. No refunds will be issued for no-shows, and the room will be released for the remainder of the stay.
